Loved the room, the service, the pool, the beautiful design of the hotel, and they got tricycle drivers just outside the hotel, specially assigned for the hotel guests of Melia, which can take you to shopping spots with cheap, hassle-free charge. - Loved the service and the room. The spa we reasonably priced and the massage was done well.

Almost like walking in a museum, we liked it a lot. The breakfast is the best we ever had in a Indonesian hotel, with lots of Western and Asian food, including a "jamu" woman for traditional medicine. Rooms are not as modern as in a new hotel, but they are kept clean and beds are comfortable. Location it is about 1 km from railway station. Cheap Airport bus stops next door. There is a minimart nearby. Highly recommended!

  My luxuriously outfitted room had a superbly comfortable bed that I didn't want to get out off and a lovely modern decor. The bathroom was huge, clean and very nice. I also encountered great service from all staff, ranging from front desk to restaurant service staff to spa therapists. The restaurant/coffee house staff were exceedingly accommodative to our requests. The interior decor through out the hotel are pleasing to the eyes with warm colours. The breakfast is excellent - we thought it was one of the best hotel breakfast that we've had. The nice smell as you enter the hotel.
