The staff are very friendly. Always smiling and and accommodating. We arrived early in the morning and yet were allowed to check in even though the time to check in is at 2pm. The buffet breakfast is adequate. They do provide airport transfer to and from hotel for free. I will stay here again in the future. Thank you to Rita, Rio and others. -

the honeymoon surprise we got from Ryan & Teno housekeeping. the room and service was marvellous! the staffs are very helpful and friendly. The service was very good. Deco is very pleasing and interesting. In the junior suite where my family and I were staying, there is a fridge, microwave oven, hot/cold water dispenser and plates and cutleries. The room is more than adequate for the 6 of us: 2 seniors on the queen bed at the lower level and the 4 of us on 2 king-sized mattresses up on the loft. For those who are concerned about the stairs up to the left, it is a comfortable climb - not too steep.
