Location is very good. the staffs are very welcoming, warming, friendly and helpful. I came early 1 day. The location is very easy to find. Steps away from Sudirman Railway Station. Nearby eateries, 24hrs grocery store, gay sauna, night club or 'dangdut'. hehehee... They have computers with internet for guests to use. FOC. todos opiniões » Clay hotel was a ten minute walk away from Plaza Indonesia and close to all sorts of public transport. Staff was very friendly and helpful in searching particular inquiries or calling taxis. Breakfast was delicious, choice of rice, local cuisine (varies daily from good chef), soup, toast and juice. Of course coffee and tea. The staff was very friendly and made us feel very welcome there. Very nice when you arrive in a busy place like Jakarta. It's close to Gambir station (just 10 minutes by taxi) so very convenient when you just arrive in Jakarta and want to travel to other places in Java. The room was small but had everything we need. Clean and nice hotel, Sudirman train station is in walking distance that connects all major train stations in Jakarta, Grand Indonesia Shopping Center is also in walking distance. The air conditioner water leaks continuously and make sound; the elevator sounds so loud and can be heard from the room; for the breakfast they only serve Indonesian soup and bread; the business room seems so small; if you stay in non-business room you have to pay for sleepers; only one roll of tissue and that is in the toilet. - Room didn't have a window, even though we selected the premium room which was suggested would have a window. Breakfast could've been better, no gym and pool. i only didn't like the breakfast, unless you like a local food for that. People are allowed to smoke at the lobby. maybe this is a very new hotel. i understand that maybe sometime, to request receipt after check out,take too long time to get it. because as i understood that we can request receipt any time, both of before check in and after check out.. at least, receipt should have sign before give to customer or reception should ask requesting receipt for customer. b'fast spread. In the night a bright light enlightens your room. so unless you like to sleep in bright light stay away from this hotel. My room has air conditioning problem. The maintenance unable to fix the problem and I was not given a change of room. The breakfast should be improved. - Lobby and breakfast area are smoking zone. Felt very uncomfortable. - Breakfast choices are very limited. Even orange juice, you have to pay for it. Most of them are Indonesian food. - Rooms are very tiny. Not convenience if you have big suitcases. -Elevators are out of functions many times. -Rooms are reasonably clean but we found cockroach. In short, given the price we paid, we kindda expect more than this. small window, small room even for deluxe size, the area quite dark even just apposite to the road during the night. Smoking allowed inside the dining area. Charging for extra pillows and charged extra for changing from double bed to twin single beds. Rooms no windows (executive caterory excl.) and quity tiny, breakfast below average. Guests smoking at the lobby. Room is not 100% sound proof, can vaguely hear loud tv noises from opposite room. electric kettle wasn't working. had it replaced but they never got to doing it. The area surrounding is noisy and not too easy to reach the location. Room is really small. no butter for breakfast, but ok lah. Room too small and some without window. The indicator sound of the lift is soooo annoying...please silence it...the sound is disturbing my sleep because my room is near to the lift. We dont need the sound for the lift to indicate the lift already reach our level. It should be replaced by sign up and down only...thts much better less noise. breakfast not good enough, bathroom so smelly, no shower for toilet activity. Smelly rooms, bad breakfast, loud hallways and elevator sound even in rooms, bad staff, if you don't pay immediately, you get locked out of your room......
