I have to make a special note about the reception Manager (Nisha), she went beyond the call of duty, we were very tired on our arrival and she probably noticed it.   I travel around the world every week. This was the BEST service I have ever had at any hotel any where in the world. From the airport pick-up right through to my departure it was truly amazing. Never invasive just always someone right there waiting to go that extra mile. They had even picked up my toothpaste was running low and replaced it complim... o que as pessoas dizem » entary AND the same brand. Will be back for sure. Thank you for that but sadly you have not set the bar too high for the rest of my travels.
