Luggage can also be left here in case of early arrival. A prior appointment needs to be scheduled in order to check-in outside office hours using the contact details found on your booking confirmation and may be subject to an additional fee. Please note the card holder must be present during check-in and all guests must provide a valid ID (passport, driver's license or national ID card) at check-in. All booking confirmations are valid only on successful payment and upon presentation of relevant identification documents. Please note that once guests have checked in, the total amount of the reservation is applicable and non-refundable. Full payment is required on arrival. Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, extra guests will be charged. Please note that a refundable security deposit may be collected upon check-in for incidental charges.
