The apartment is beautiful and immaculate! The location is conveniently situated just off of the highway, yet incredibly quiet! The parking was convenient, as well as the elevator. The apartment is spacious and contains everything you would need to feel at home. The beds are extremely comfortable with the very plush comforters. Excelent appartment if you are planning on doing some touring from one location. From the appartment you are on the island main roads within minutes. Saves the hazzle of getting out of the centre of Reykjavik. No parking fees and kitchen is very complete. Awesome view from the balcony if you are in one of the bigger appartments.
Perfect for us and our children. We lived in this flat last year as well and we all liked it. Perfekt spot if you have a car. Don't miss the swimfaciliy near by, Árbaejarlaug.
It was nice to have a kitchen and be able to eat a meal there instead of a restaurant. Restaurants in Iceland are very expensive so it was more cost effective.
Very comfortable beds, ample room for our family, clean, LOVED the little extras like coffee,salt pepper, and odds and end available.

If you plan on doing a lot of Reykjavik during your stay, consider staying downtown. You need a car if you stay in this appartment.
The beds were not made when we got there and the linens were not left on the beds so it was confusing. Otherwise, we enjoyed it very much.
A little difficult to find as road signs (street names) don't match names on the map.

Difficult to find the location.
Bit tricky to find when arriving late.
Needs shades on living room windows. It's hard to sleep at midnight with the sun shining! Sheets are getting old and are due for replacement, but otherwise the place was fine.
Difficult to find, impossible without a car. Owner didn't show up but was not necessary as he left the key in the mailbox. One of the three beds did not have any linen.
