  The new owner was really kind to us. We were on our honeymoon and he made our stay extra comfortable. He was also willing to let us know if the northern lights came out, which they did a little while we were there. It's a good place to see them as the hotel is just over the bridge from Borgarnes, so there is not much light pollution. Breakfast was... o que as pessoas dizem » nice. - The owner and staff are really great, very friendly and fun. The fish buffet was really fantastic. I stayed at the hotel with a couple of people who don't like fish. They were persuaded to try it - there comments: "this is the best meal I have ever had", "it doesn't even taste like fish".
