I loved the view from my habourview room, from the Sky Lounge and the rooftop pool terrace! The hotel really has a perfect location. I also liked the room itself which was very big, clean and nice. I also appreciated the friendlyness and good English of the staff and the quick check-in and check-out. All in all, I enjoyed my stay very much. -

Breakfast was superb, plenty of options, on level 18. View was to die for, our room had beautiful harbour views, and meal in restaurant was very good, staff helpfull. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

helped by talking to the Hyatt management, sorting out the mess I made.

The room is spacious and the bath room is huge with separate bath tub and shower. The water flow in the shower is very strong and very good, consistently warm temperature without any shocking cold water interrupted. The twin bed is big enough for me to share with my 5 years old daughter. Our stay was very comfortable and we would stay there again.

Staff were friendly, check in efficient. Room was a good size, very comfortable bed and fabulous bathroom. Toiletries were of a good standard and free minibar items a bonus, although not as good brands as those in the free minibar of another (cheaper) hotel we had stayed in the night before in HK. Everything, from the friendly staff, to the room on the 52nd floor. The breakfast at the Horizon Club was outstanding, with a huge choice of fresh fruit (even mango and berries, which is very seldom the case in any hotel), lots of good breads and much more.
