it's quite pricey, but we got a good deal. But nothing beats it's location. Room is quite large for HK standard. Staff were very helpful - The bathroom is excellent and the bed is very comfortable. What amaze me is we can surf internet using their free wifi and 42" LCD TV.

On arrival we were greeted by extremely helpful and efficient staff. We were upgraded to the 17th floor with amazing views of Victoria Harbour. Our room was luxurious, with a very comfortable bed and a well supplied bathroom. We had breakfast in the hotel and have never seen such a variety of food in a restaurant, just incredible The hotel is in a great location for shops and transport and we would certainly recommend to friends.

Excellent location for MRT, Shopping and business. As well as the excellent hotel restaurants it is also close to many other food outlets.

Our stay was very short at the Harbour Grand only six hours, this was due to a bereavement. We had to change flights and only stay the one night at the Harbour Grand and flew straight back to Heathrow on 1st August instead of the 3rd. -

Very nice hotel in a nice location. Only stayed 1 night so can't say to much about all the facilities. We were upgraded free to a club room which was very nice. Considering the small spaces in Hong Kong, Empire Hotel was reasonable spacious! The breakfast that was included in our rate was fantastic, where the restaurant was clean and tidy! It does cater for business needs as they have plugs in the desk and adapters for your use. Our one plug was faulty, but that wasn't a big issue. Close to MTR. Front des

The bed was very comfortable. The room was nice. The staff were friendly. Transport links were good with metro and bus stations very close. Good shopping area and close to major shopping area in causeway bay.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful, they were informative and considerate. a free walking trip around the local area was very helpful as we then knew the area and the best places to go and how to haggle for bargains
