The apartment is great as the elevator takes you to your own room, so no waiting around in busy hotel foyers. All very secure and safe as you need a pass to get into the building and into the lift.
Very spacious having a living area and a. todos opiniões »
Well located. It's a 3 minute walk to the A2 Sheung Wan MTR exit. For going to central we found it was more interesting and similar distance to walk along the main road, rather than taking the MTR for a single stop. Easy 15 min walk across to central pier and exchange square for buses. Lots of excellent food around- Le creperie( for savoury &sweet crepes) , dim sum square opposite, a good char chan Teng ( for clay pot beef rice) down the road, Tim's kitchen for fine Chinese cooking- food tr.
The design and the architecture, floor to ceiling glass. Efficient modern design which was space efficient. Separate kitchenette and bedroom supported different degrees of jet lag.
Good little cafes in the neighbourhood.
Comfortable, spacious compared to similar priced hotel room, well equipped, good bed, good shower, nice lounge room and sofa, decent sized TV, great view from 23rd floor. I agree with the "most helpful' review here.
Staff we're nice. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet with big comfy bed, nice shower room and lots of storage space. The hotel was in a walking distance of nightlife, Central station and IFC mall.
We loved the location. The room looked just like the photos, very comfy. Amazing views from our room. Very quiet and peaceful.
Very comfy bed, pillows and sheets. Luxurious!
Will come again.
The unit is well laid out, the facilities well kept and maintained. The location is ideal and transport nearby. The cafe in the building is excellent and probably the best in the area.
We loved everything, price, facilities, location, and room size. We would definitely stay here again, we had a fabulous week in Hong Kong and The Jervois played a major part!.
Loved this hotel. We were on the 26th Floor facing the water. Bed was amazingly comfortable. The room was well planned and designed and overall a very inviting place to stay.
The hotel is in a great spot near central, but also very clean and comfortable and quite spacious! I would definitely recommend it to others and most surely will come back.
The guest relation officer, Claudia, was brilliant! There was a mistake on my booking but Claudia sorted it out quickly.
Location was great
Facilities in the room were perfect for our needs
Great cheap Chinese Resturant around the corner.
Well appointed with lovely bathroom, bed an living/dining area with small, but adequate, kitchen area.
the internal decoradtion
the bath room design
the toiletries
the bed
the kitchen.
The fact its not a hotel.... more able to relax !
more room space than a hotel.
Great design, fantastic location, friendly staff, lots of,privacy, very quiet.
The decent sized fridge and well equipped kitchen space.
Very good design and good location.
Room 32 is great for a family stay.
Service appartment very glamorous.
Everything - GREAT.
The freedom of not being a typical hotel , more a serviced apartment ...
loads of reasonable restaurants locally if you don't want to cook
which depending on the length of your stay you probably wouldn'T.. A
good french style take away just over the street !.
the comfort of an apartment over a hotel room...
fairly close to everything...
easy walking distance to plenty of variety of restaurants something for all tastes and pockets.
location is good, lower cost, bigger room even they don't change towels everday.
Location. Easy access to Sheung Wan MTR and short walk to Wellington / Stanley.
It's cozzy and feels like living in my own apartment. It wou.
Pretty comfortable to be in hk.
Not really negatives but nice to know:
- although you pay upfront, they still charge an additional HKD500 per night holding deposit and not really sure why
- when you check out leave a bit of extra time as they do an inventory check before you leave.
Nothing major. Room was a little dusty but housekeeping promptly sorted that.
HK$500 deposite only returned after inventory cheque, which involves delay.
Nothing much. I hope they don't hold our deposit as long as another hotel we stayed at a month ago.
The hotel was quite handy for soho and central station but yet very hard to find. The taxi drivers seemed not to know where it was if you say the street's name in English. We've lost a few times in the taxis. You need to get the business card from the hotel to show the taxi.
We didn't also particularly like the fact that when we open the door and the table and chairs just right there. They were in the way.
Would have liked a bathrobe.
N/A.
Would have been amazing to have a pool. but there is nothing we didn't like.
The lifts are inadequate. Having to wait a considerable time in an unairconditioned lift area in temperatures of over 30degrees is not pleasant.
no breakfast.
one of the front desk guys
so impolite almost to the point of being Rude !!
completely the opposite of the rest of the staff .... not that you see many staff which is a positive.
Nothing.
Not enought time to appreciate the generous space, to enjoy the kitchen and relax.
Not enough common spaces.
Expensive. But in line with Hong Kong prime site prices.
Nothing.
Check in procedure is a bit hit and miss....and requires Payment in full
at time of check in...also at time of checking out no one able to
prepare checkout paper work ... the security Guy promised some one would
release the deposit against my card and send a receipt but still waiting
after 6 days.
check in is a bit of an experience could be improved as it can be a bit hit and miss to get a basic thing such as a receipt.... laundry bag or tea spoon if its missing they will chase after it and probably charge your card after you leave !! basically Check in is usually with the Watchman / guard.
Not much, except to avoid this area in the next 3-6mths. 2 streets away, construction / piling works really annoying.
We were not happy about the front desk's attitute. Because my freind can not find the adapter in the room. The front deask just tried to deleted the list instead of offering us.
The street: dirty The street: no any taxi driver out of 12 knew where
Jervois street is and they dont do anything to help you out: the just
drop you where they want: I've been dumped twice by taxi drivers
very far from Jervois street Concierge could definitely be more helpful
for a 5 Stars hotel. They ask you for a baylout in case things are
missing. It is not well highlited during reservation.
