Bay’s Complex is located in Kokkinari Area, within 1 km from the port and a short walk from the resort centre.
This small property has 20 guest rooms, all of which have en suite facilities. Rooms are simply decorated, but represent good value for money. Most of the rooms have views of the sea and the countryside from their hillside position.
Breakfast is included in your room rate and is served buffet style in the breakfast area by the pool. There is also a snack and pool bar next to the freshwater swimming pool.
Bay’s Complex is a short walk from the many tavernas, shops and popular nightspots of Spetses.

The fact that it has a pool and a nice view from the front side rooms. (We would have left instantly, if we had been put in one of the back rooms, which face a wall). Very quiet.
The breakfast could have been more interesting, perhaps with some fruit and yoghurt.
1. hotel was located much further from city center than expected
2. room, furniture, blankets were very old probably from the 80s
3. breakfast was poor
4. a lot of noise in the room coming from the corridors.
Very difficult to locate, poor signage (tiny and too high signs), had to look for it for 1 & 1/2 hour the first night. No entrance signage. Unacceptable housekeeping, beds were never made in the 3 nights we spent there nor were we asked if we needed anything. Very bad decoration, old and badly preserved premises.Very bad breakfast. Overall bad experience.
