We had a very enjoyable stay and very good value for money.
The beach is literally across the road and idle location for relaxing but a short walk takes u to kos town where nightlife is

The position.
first room to the street and the sea was so noisy that we moved to another room at 1 a.m !
There is a beach bar in front of the hotel with extremely loud music until 3 a.m. and even longer.
Appartments to street must be really loud, small beach across the road with stones.
The view from the balcony ,over the back and just a tree right in front so nothing to see.
