Sofia the bar tender was the most welcoming and amazing person that Ihave met. She would go out of her way to make your stay amazing and weloved her for that. With valuable tips about things to see on crete. Shemade our stay. The services. Breakfast that was included in the price of the room was excellent. Some of the reception staff were not very help full we waited for themini bus for over 45 mins as it never sowed up and it wasnt till weasked the reception that they said oh well you willl have to wait tilthe next bus as one. Not very helpful in that respect. We never got ourshower gels or shampoos replaced once during the stay of 5 nights. Wehad to call reception to get more toilet paper.
