The location next to the Rhine was fantastic and the local boats trips were available on the doorstep. Food was excellent and the family made us feel welcome. The hotel was below the famous Rhine vineyards which dropped vertically to the river, loads of castles and churches great scenery. The river is a busy working river and the barges going up and down the river was fascinating. This hotel was the better hotel in the village when we talked to people staying at more commercial hotels.
