This was the best hotel on our entire trip. The staff was extremelyefficient, polite, and helpful. They responded inmmediately to ourrequests. The hotel has a convenient location- 2 blocks from the entrance of the old town of Rothenburg. We could walk there from the hotel. Rooms were clean and sufficient for our use. There is also a nice restaurant and breakfast is included. - Close to the city - convenient walk. Excellent food.

Exceptional staff with extraordinary service and kindness. Got sick on my vacation and the owners made sure I got help and arranged for me to see a doctor at short notice. Hotel is perfectly located at the heart of the city, very good food and breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel!

Robert responded immediately to our emails and tracked it down at the laundry company and shipped it back - Wonderful stay! The hotel is family run and you couldn't ask for more personal service. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were imaculate. Breakfast was included and it was very good. I would stay at this hotel again.

We had a room for 4 (2 couples) for one night. Pension rooms are above a bakery but there is a separate entrance at side of building so it is not necessary to walk through the business. Room size was good, beds clean and comfortable. A great rate for the room at his location in the Alstadt. Breakfast was included.
