Rooms are clean, comfy beds, and well presented. We had the family room which has a kitchen with all the facilities you could wish for.   When we arrived, we found parking available and were stunned by the beautiful view and garden. Beatrice welcomed us warmly and showed us to our large fabulous room. It was spotless and decorated perfectly. The bed was very comfortable and we slept soundly - quite neighborhood with no sound of trains or highway noise. Excellent value for money, in fact, we thought it was a little cheap for what we got. The fridge was stocked with drinks which was very nice.
