  Apart from being a wonderful hotel, I would like to state that the staff were the most friendly, courteous, polite people I have met in a hotel in a long time.   We stayed here just for one night, the hotel is very nice. We arrived quite late and just in time for the buffet which was really good. Nice staff, good comfy room and easy parking - Excellent view of the Reichsburg Castle across the Mosel river. Nice food and staff

Everyone was very kind, especially the lady who gave her some of her own supply of painkillers and offered to go to the pharmacy for more; nothing was too much trouble. - The hotel is "Fabulous".
