  The hotel rooms were full so they offered me an apartment instead which is not bad at all. Breakfast is average, good for a 3 stars hotel though. Only one worker speak english, the rest of the staff are only German speakers. We were given assistance with our bags as there was no lift up to the Apartment. - It was a very nice room, quite spacious. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Though we don't speak German, their English was so good that it was never a problem. I would highly recommend this hotel to others, especially because the location was also very good.

  All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We phoned them from the train station to call a taxi for us so we could get to the hotel.They were happy to do this and we were very grateful. When leaving they called a taxi the day before which didn't arrive on time so the kind manageress drove us to the train station herself!
