  This was a very nice "home base" for exploring the Bavarian countryside. We stayed here for 3 nights as a "vacation from our vacation", and it was wonderful to get away from all of the umbrella-toting tour group guides.

  I enjoyed everything about the hotel from the friendliness of the owner/staff to the attention to detail on making their guest comfortable. The only comment I would make is that the wireless internet was not accessible from the rear building where my room was located.   Nice spacious room with a sunny terrace facing mountains and the sunbathing lawn; the room was very quiet, although it was immediately near the covered swimming pool. Great sauna facilities, and not very busy in August. The WiFi is reasonably fast. The breakfast is one of the best we had lately, and we travelled a lot this summer.
