The hotel was in a lovely setting, near the top of large hill/small mountain. It had fabulous views and was neat and beautifully maintained. Although we arrived very late, at almost 11pm, having phoned to apologise, we were still provided with a cold dinner. Such a nice place to stay. My second time, and I felt more at home and relaxed than the first (and that was an excellent visit). I felt really welcome

This was our second stay at Heiligenstein and we highly recommend it.
