This was a first class hotel. The room was beautifully decorated but a bit dimly lit. Everything was very clean. Breakfasts were outstanding--one could order freshly fried eggs, omelettes, bacon etc. the buffet featured lots of meat, cheeses, breads and fresh fruit. Our only complaint was that they did not have syrup for the waffles.

Hotel Arch is comfortable, in the pedestrian part of the City centre with nice rooms, very good breakfast and a good atmosphere.

The staff happily let me check-in to my room at as early as 9 a.m. which was so beyond expectation. The room was small but cozy and clean. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Location was great, about 5minutes walk through the main shopping district to the old town. They do an outstanding job providing basic accommodations. There was an issue with the Internet in the lobby, so they gave me free Internet in my room, which would normally be a charge.

Everything was exactly as described in the hotel's profile on booking: Room and bathroom was perfectly clean, spacious enough and quiet. Air conditioning worked well. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, so you can reach the town centre easily with no need to use your own car and to bother yourself with searching of parking place. -
