Hotel is probably the best hotel in Passau. City is really charming and the hotel is in district of it. We spent a night here on our way to Budapest. It is a beautiful hotel, centrally located in Passau. The staff was wonderful, and the restaurant was very good as well. They went above and beyond...my daughter loved her meal and wanted to eat the rest for breakfast, but we didn't have a refrigerator in our room. They packed up her food and put it in the refrigerator in their kitchen overnight and then reheated them for her the next morning. Amazing service!!

It was very clean and comfortable hotel with a good location if you wish to visit Passau centre. It is located next to the Stadt Gallery where you can shop and eat well in the Eataly. Wifi was free of charge and in contrary to some reviews okay in speed. Breakfast was great and they even made a (cold) chocolate milk for our son. Parking facility w

A beautiful hotel with a truly wonderful Breakfast room.The whole place oozes history and accommodation is at an extremely reasonable price. The location is excellent, the breakfast good and the staff very obliging. I didn't get to visit the Glass Museum which is in the hotel but hope to do so on a future visit D.V. -
