  We liked the authenticity of the Castle. The staff made us feel special. They were well educated on the food, wine, history of the area. Also very accommodating when it came to luggage needs. There was no language barrier, as all staff spoke english. I highly recommend this site as a "special" place to stay - Very friendly staff and always ready t... o que as pessoas dizem » o assist. Porter service to get luggage from parking to the castle is great as the person brought the bags to our rooms (tower rooms). Staff checked us in at 12(noon) and very accomodating with an infant.

  This hotel was very clean. Our room was a suite on the top floor it had a beautiful bed and fun star lights in the ceiling. The view from our room was good. The hotel staff was very helpful.   It is a very nice hotel, good location next to the marketplace in Oberwesel. The staff is very friendly and the rooms clean. We loved the design of the tap in the bathroom! Very unusual, we want the same at home! When we arrived the indoor parking was not available due to flooding by the Rhine, but the staff was very helpful with finding some plac... o que as pessoas dizem » e for us on the street nearby. - The service and help from reception and the restaurant was first class. We will definitely stay here again.
