Nice Location a short distance from the banks of the Donnau. Its quiet and very comfortable. Located outside the city centre but yards from an excellent tram service. Despite in Neu-Ulm, it was easy to reach Ulm crossing the bridge on the back of the hotel. No lift but the waiter help me with luggage. Room and bathroom were big
