  Everything about Haus Schweigart was as perfect during this visit as it was when we first stayed there in August 2012. Haus Schweigart is in Mittenwald, the most wonderful mountain location, and the apartments within this very beautifully kept house, which is owned by Karin Notz, are a joy to stay in. Karen was absolutely marvellous as we expected. She helped us with any touristic details and information about the region. The centre of town, Mama Lucia restaurant and REWE are very close. We enjoyed several excellent dinners at Mama Lucia – everything was delicious. Saltimbocca, pizza, cotoletta milanese and all anipasti are like in Rome. Mittenwald is a special Bavarian town,

  Clean and tidy little hotel up a steep slope from the town and very close to the chairlift. All the facilities worked and views were stunning. Restaurant food was good. Not expensive. - This place was perfect for us. The view was amazing and so was the location. The staff was do very friendly and accommodating. It was a truly great stay.
