  Location excellent, cleaniness, comfort and size of room, perfect. Price was good too, considering it included breakfast, We also ate in the hotel restaurant in the evening, the food was good and value for money too. Wednesday night, there was a live band. All in all, a good night. If you prefer to venture away from the hotel, there were restau... o que as pessoas dizem » rants in local villages, a short walk away. - The hotel is set within a lovely country setting, whilst still excellent for a touring base. The staff were very friendly, but be aware little English is spoken, only by the owners. During our stay we experienced a medical problem and the help we received from our host was excellent. The hotel has a regular live music night, checking before booking could make your stay even more enjoyable.

  This hotel is a renovated kloster and retains many of the original fittings - it's beautiful! We ate dinner there which was fantastic and enjoyed the beautiful views of the river which runs directly in front.   The quad room we had was huge and spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet (included in room price) was amazing. - Owner very friendly...even gave us a ride to the train station.
