We came off a boat trip up the Rhine and found the hotel an easy 15min walk to the hotel from the landing. We found the staff most helpful as we only speak English. They directed us to a great little German pub with very good food at an excellent price. The host was a hoot!! The hotel breakfast was lovely , well presented. -

Stayed in an upgraded single room and it was very nice with a good size room, big comfortable bed, flatscreen TV and a spotless bathroom, all the details felt like they were thought through. Apart from being a wonderful hotel, I would like to state that the staff were the most friendly, courteous, polite people I have met in a hotel in a long time. The staff greeted us warmly and were very friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and the rooms were very clean. Bathrooms were in excellent condition and beds were comfortable. The free use of wireless connection was an added plus! - Very quiet neighborhood hotel, with immediate access to a grocery store, bakery, and excellent Italian restaurant.
