  This is a really nice hotel located right on the river, and only a few feet from the trail to the Bastei Bridge. Really modern rooms and bathrooms that were really enjoyable. The hotel staff spoke English quite well and we had no problems.   Very clean, well-appointed, beautiful location, lovely furnishings, great pool, small but comfy rooms with spotless, new bathrooms. The friendly desk staff speaks English and offers useful, hard-to-come-by info for non-German speakers about exploring the area. Breakfast, included, is stupendous. The restaurant offers excellently prepared dinners a... o que as pessoas dizem » s well. Meals can be taken on the terrace overlooking the Elbe. Varied menu with local favors. Nice bar with a nightly happy hour. Didn't try the spa. - Location is on the bank of Elbe river, on the foot of the mountain that is so easy to climb up to Bastei in the early morning. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room has plenty of space and the bed is sleeping-friendly. What I didn't expect but very appreciate is breakfast, there were plenty of choices and their taste were good.
