  Facilidade check in, eficiencia dos funcionarios - 日本人の方がフロントに居て下さるのは嬉しい限りです。ドイツは一般にサービス精神に乏しいと思われますので、日本の物差しで評価すれば多くのホテルが辛口評価になってしまうと思いますのお間違えなく。ただ私達ドイツ在住者にはこのホテルは快適でした。 Excellent Japanese hospitality in Germany. I also liked the room size and the facilities within the rooms. The Sauna and the Steamroom facilities were great also. The Staff were very friendly and courteous. It was located withing walking distance from the main central shopping area!
