Localização - the staff was very helpful. the room was very clean. easy to get to and right in the center of town so you could walk to every thing. we had a car but never used while staying there. so very convenient; - It's Central location to the harbour, trainstation and altstadt.

The location was just perfect - 5 minutes from the railway station. Marvelous view on Bodensee from the roof where there is reception and where breakfast is served. Big room (rather an apartment) with individual design inspired by exotics lands (I was sleeping in "India").

Very kind receptionist, helpful and he even spoke French.
Wonderful breakfast.
Everything was very roomy, from parking, to the corridors to the room itself and everything in it.
Convenient access to the nearby thermal spa (not to be missed!).

Staff very welcoming.Large garden to relax in.quiet rural setting. old fashioned solid feel but not old fashioned facilities excellent buffet breakfast,our fourth stay.

balcony with table and 2 chairs, and all was very clean. The city of
Konstanz provides free bus passes. To get them, show your passport and
fill in a form with the hotel staff. Breakfast is available for an
additional 8 euros per person. It had hot eggs and potatoes on the
weekend,

We stayed here on our honeymoon and it was fantastic. It's outside of the main city area, but you get a free bus pass for the 10 minute ride downtown if you stay more than 2 nights. It's nice to be in a quieter area and right on the lake, which you don't get in the city center. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful as well.
