Very kind staff (although it's only available in person at certain hours, the rest of the time everything is done through machines or via phone, but it's not a problem as it's well organized).   The hotel was excellent, all the facilities, the staff and the minibar was excellent. A special thing to mention is the breakfast, which is very very healthy, I would definitely like to visit it again. - The hotel staff was very pleasant and spoke English. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
