Everything. The rooms were excellent, everything needed was available and the laundry in the room. Sauna and pool were great. Most of all the breakfast was good and the staff especially Mr Negash Kebede and Zakaria were so polite and full of smiles. The ladies at the reception too were wonderful and very helpful, Katja was the name. Will certainly come back.

It was clean and spacious and had lots of cabinets and shelves. It was also nice that they provide fruit, bread, etc. when you first arrive. There were drinks in the fridge and some breakfast food in the cupboard which was a lovely extra touch - very satisfied, exceeded my expectations!

Conforto do quarto e do banheiro, limpeza, localização, serviços e relação entre qualidade e preço - Gostei muito da localização, pois é ao lado da estação central de trem e para ir a Alte Oper custa somente 7 Euros de táxi. Very nice and very elegantly furnished one room apartment, everything was new and perfectly clean.
Fully equipped (washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and iron board, coffe machine, kettle, toaster and microwave)

Excellent apartment to stay in for leisure or business. Clean and comfortable, very well done up in a modern style. Kitchen was well appointed as in the photo and the bed was very comfortable. Would have enjoyed the lovely plasma telly only sadly TV in Germany is all in German!
The owner was excellent at communicating and was available over email at all times to answer questions. He was also very knowledgeable about the area and was able to tell us about amenities and transport.
