Our two-bedroom apt had a large livingroom and nice kitchen, with top-floor dormer windows looking right out over the Frauenkirche square. Very clean, very nice. We couldn't have been closer to the action, and the street where we enter the apt is full of cafes and bars.

The staff is really warm and welcoming, the fact of being on a boat is for itself really cool. With a 15 minutes walk you are in the Altstadt and in the Neustadt. The russian cuisine is nice and cheap. I definetely recommend this place! -

Villa Romantika stands out from its neighbours as a little jewel in a noisy urban environment, although double glazing eliminated most noises.
We had a beautifully decorated room: the Angel room. Breakfast was lovely and served in a charming dining room.
It is close to tram line for city and railway station destinations.
One feature we loved was the large grassy backyard - nice to relax barefooted for a while.
For us the highlight was our wonderfully helpful host, who helped us repair a broke

The room was perfectly clean, beds comfortable. The staff was very pleasant, willing to help, friendly, speaks good English. Breakfast was really excelent with varied choice of different food, although the dinning room was quite small, breakfast was pleasurable experience. Really good location, close to tram and it was only 15-20 minut slow walk to the city center so we didn´t get the tram.
