There are free drinking water in the lobby, and it saves some expenses on bottled water. - Our stay at the hotel loccumer hof was excellent the staff were very nice and always happy to help with tickets, queries and local information. The family room we booked was great, plenty of room, excellent facilities and very clean.

The host family was originally from Armenia and were helpfull and welcoming. Their first language was Russian and second was German but they speak a fair English too. Everything's fine with this hotel - thoroughly recommended. We had a nice big room and the hotel's in a quite location. Free bicycle loan is very handy for this city.
