A simpatia do pessoal - The staff was warm, welcoming and helpful. They gave advise for restaurants nearby which was excellent. Room was nice and clean with a view to the TV tower. Impressive ! Customer service is very good. Quiet room even on road side. Swimmingpool and sauna inside the hotel. Heater in the floor in bathroom. desk chair to work. TV channels choices. - Loved the room. Spacious, very clean, very nicely decorated, very comfortable. I would stay there again and again.

I loved it and so contempory and the beds amazingly comfy and the room gorgeous - Conveniently located, only a few minte walk to the centre.
As recently renovated, the hotel is nice and clean!

The self-contained kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and dine in our room: cooktop, refrigerator, sink, electric kettle, silverware, dishes, utensils, etc. We saved money by not having to rely on restaurants for all of our meals.
Even though located near to a church, (the bells!), room was very quiet at night.
Great location for walking to all city sights.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and once is was first class. perfect location with a Christmas market outside the front door. very clean, excellent breakfast, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. very pleasant staff - friendly helpful and efficient. free wifi, nice, clean, tastefully decorated room, everything works properly - even lighting, i don't take this for granted as quite often you come across hotel rooms which are overly romantic and where you can't get a proper reading light or main lighting. great value for such a central location: 1 minute walk to Konigsallee.

Excellent location - a few minutes walk from the train station in one direction and just around the corner from the KO in the other direction. The actual hotel was first class: wonderful clean, big room, perfect bathroom. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and had lots of varieties of everything. Staff were superb, exceptionally helpful and polite.
