  Reception staff excellent, all three I spoke to very helpful. New ownerstook over on jan 1st. And are refurbishing starting with the receptionarea. It is a seven minute walk to main railway station and mainshopping area and river rhine are within walking distance. Hot and coldbuffet breakfast choice excellent.   very friendly staff working there, we came there about 10:00 AM (before check in time) and our room was ready and they even invited us for free breakfast that day. Every day breakfast was delicios with very fresch bread, meat, different cheese, cereals, coffee.....Room was very spacious and clean with almost new furniture. Don't be put off that it's 15 mins south of the train station - we were given free tram passes on arrival, the trams are 3 an hour, and they take 10 minutes to Konigsalee, or the Altstadt.
