Most of all the breakfast was good and the staff especially Mr Negash Kebede and Zakaria were so polite and full of smiles. The ladies at the reception too were wonderful and very helpful, Katja was the name. Will certainly come back.

The location was the only issue -although technically in the city center it is somewhat isolated and there is little by way of shops or restaurants in the immediate area. It was clean and spacious and had lots of cabinets and shelves. It was also nice that they provide fruit, bread, etc. when you first arrive. There were drinks in the fridge and some breakfast food in the cupboard which was a lovely extra touch - very satisfied, exceeded my expectations!
