  A simpatia de todo o pessoal - This was my second stay at the Fairmont Vier Jahreszeiten. I stayedthere last December, for the first time and it ruined me for any otherhotel for ever and ever! - Wonderful grand dame of Hamburg, first rate location, will return for sure. Excellent staff.
