A great stay! I went to a conference while my wife shopped and enjoyed the Heidelberg sites. The parking garage, for only 8 euro per day, was easy. A great room with high ceilings. From the moment I walked in the door you were made to feel special. The staff bent over backwards to help and make sure you had a good time. I stayed in two rooms both of which were spotless. great value for money. Try eating in another good move. Would go back there any day. -

The room was very large with a separate room for off the suite for our older daughter. Bed very comfortable.
Breakfast is very good with fresh baked rolls each morning.
Location is 1 minute walk from Hauptstrasse but enough away to be quiet for sleeping.
Staff very helpful in getting a taxi and other assist. Registering was a piece of cake and had all the info printed out from letsbookhotel.com. This was our second stay in two years and am still very satisfied with the hotel.

The hotel was in a great location. On a side street, close to shops, restaurants etc.but quieter at night than many city hotels. Easy to find if you arrive by car.

The staff were so welcoming and could not do enough for us. We felt like special guests. We had room 8 which was like having our own penthouse suite- quietly tucked away at the back of the building so we weren't disturbed. The location of the is perfect, right in the heart of the old town bar area, lively and fun. Breakfast was top quality. We just loved this place! We had a great experience! Went with 3 friends (40+) for the Christmas market. Had large comfortable rooms, very clean, directly overlooked the market, the mountain, had a slight river view as well as castle view in our top floor corner room. Easy walk from parking garage, but use P12 not P13 as we did for the hotel discount! Even so, 16 euro for 2

The hotel location in the old town is perfect with views to both the main square (directly below) and to the castle (worth a visit). The owners were great and the breakfast provided was superb. All in all we loved it and recommend it highly. If you like modern you'll love the style that this hotel conveys.
