A great stay! I went to a conference while my wife shopped and enjoyed the Heidelberg sites. The parking garage, for only 8 euro per day, was easy. A great room with high ceilings. The room was very large with a separate room for off the suite for our older daughter. Bed very comfortable.
Breakfast is very good with fresh baked rolls each morning.
Location is 1 minute walk from Hauptstrasse but enough away to be quiet for sleeping.
Staff very helpful in getting a taxi and other assist. Registering was a piece of cake and had all the info printed out from letsbookhotel.com. This was our second stay in two years and am still very satisfied with the hotel.

The hotel was in a great location. On a side street, close to shops, restaurants etc.but quieter at night than many city hotels. Easy to find if you arrive by car.

We had room 8 which was like having our own penthouse suite- quietly tucked away at the back of the building so we weren't disturbed. The location of the is perfect, right in the heart of the old town bar area, lively and fun. Breakfast was top quality. We just loved this place! Had large comfortable rooms, very clean, directly overlooked the market, the mountain, had a slight river view as well as castle view in our top floor corner room. The hotel location in the old town is perfect with views to both the main square (directly below) and to the castle (worth a visit). The owners were great and the breakfast provided was superb. All in all we loved it and recommend it highly. If you like modern you'll love the style that this hotel conveys.

We stayed at three different hotels in Heidelberg and this one broughtthe most character to our visit. Clean and in a perfect location. Ifstaying again - this will be on our list. The top/deluxe room is greatand even the single rooms are very nice. The pictures online do not dothe rooms justice - the actual rooms are much nicer! - Fantastic rooms!

Decoração agradável - The hotel was perfect. The positive greeting we received when we arrived started the whole weekend with an excellent indication of what was to come. The first impression of the hotel is that it is away from the centre but we found it to be a perfect distance and facilitated a beautiful walk across the bridge into the old town.

We stayed for dinner at the hotel twice of our four nights and it was excellent, we ate the same meal both nights! The service was also excellent.
We also had breakfast one morning which was good and again the service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble..

I was alone after a business trip and it was everything I wanted and more. The service is tip top. They speak English and will help you with anything. The style is Ultra Modern - great for a luxury stay, though moderately priced. Location is great - it's a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the Alt Stadt.
