A simpatia do pessoal - The staff was warm, welcoming and helpful. They gave advise for restaurants nearby which was excellent. Room was nice and clean with a view to the TV tower. Good location, near old harbour, 20min from aldshtat by feet. Very opened staff. Nice interior, clean and light room. The self-contained kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and dine in our room: cooktop, refrigerator, sink, electric kettle, silverware, dishes, utensils, etc. We saved money by not having to rely on restaurants for all of our meals.
Even though located near to a church, (the bells!), room was very quiet at night.
Great location for walking to all city sights.

Impressive ! Customer service is very good. Quiet room even on road side. Swimmingpool and sauna inside the hotel. Heater in the floor in bathroom. desk chair to work. TV channels choices. - Loved the room. Spacious, very clean, very nicely decorated, very comfortable. I would stay there again and again.

Excellent location - a few minutes walk from the train station in one direction and just around the corner from the KO in the other direction. The actual hotel was first class: wonderful clean, big room, perfect bathroom. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and had lots of varieties of everything. Staff were superb, exceptionally helpful and polite.
