  Excellent service and staff always kind and helpful, from cleaners to room service to front desk. This was possibly the best service we experienced in a hotel in 8 months travelling in Europe.   Very comfortable, outstanding staff. - Staff was friendly and helpfull. The hotel was easy to find and within walking distance of the train station. A Tram line ran past the hotel, which was also convienent. The hotel itself was very clean and well organized.
