Very modern and new, bathroom was spotless (probably one of the best I've ever stayed in), however unfortunately the floor was filthy. So much dust that any clothes dropped were covered. Good location, close to all areas when hiring a bike.

very nice hotel. great location - easy access by foot, bike, metro, car. Good breakfast - a bit expensive if you consider feeding the whole family :-) Only rated "good" for comfort because of the constraction which is currently is going on in a backyard. -

As noted, the rooms are small; however, they are well designed in that there are nooks and crannies as well as hooks that help keep everything organized and handy.
The location is excellent, around the corner from the Spittelmarkt U-bahn station. There are eateries near the station--a bakery, konditorei and bierstube restaurant. O hotel tem quartos muito bons, limpos, confortáveis e bastante funcionais. A localização é perfeita. Perto da Alexander Platz e da Unter den Lin. Gostámos de tudo de uma forma geral, com destaque para a simpatia do pessoal e o pequeno almoço. Mesmo com uma elevada taxa de ocupação do hotel, os alimentos / bebidas do pequeno almoço estavam sempre a ser repostos. - A localização, os pequenos almoços, até tinham "bolas de berlim"!

We had a problem with our room (it was smelling smoke) and people from
reception had a quick and nice reaction, they changed our room, thing
that we appreciate a lot. Breakfast is quite good with a german touch
(muesli, german delicatessen and german cheeses, german bread).
This is a really confortable hotel (beds and comforters...).

The staff was very helpful in providing excellent restaurant recommendations within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel was situated within walking distance of Museum Island and the Nikolaiviertel so sightseeing was easy. Having a subway station across the street gave us convenient access to the rest of Berlin.

Do atendimento e esforço de alguns(restaurante) para falarem espanhol. - The location is in the center of the city, the room and the hotel facilities were in high level, and the staff was very nice. - The service was exceptionally good. When we ordered room service, out food came relatively fast and was delicious.

The mini kitchen was very useful, hotel lent us dishes so we could make full of the microwave. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, within walking distance of several notable sites in Berlin, including Checkpoint Charlie and the Brandenburg Gate. Easy to find by car from motorway and good parking facilities.
