It was all good. We were originally allocated a small room right at the top of the building, and although it advertised 'wi fi' in all rooms it was impossible to get. We stayed in the Familien hotel for 4 nights. We had a lovely time during our stay. The hotel situated at the centre and you can easily reach every attractive point by walk. The room (One-Bedroom-Apartment) was clean and furnished very lovely. It has enough space in that you feel relaxed and happy to spend time there. We really love it.

Courtesy and kindness of all staff. It was spotless and the bedding and towels were perfect. The wood work and finish carpentry were excellent. Every aspect of the hotel shows the owners desire for excellence. You must be very proud of your hotel!

The location was superb, close to everything that Weimar has to offer.
The hotel was a surprise. When entering we thought ... autch ... where are we ... because of the cold, empty corridor. But once taking the staircase ..; The calm, the quality ot the materials used, the comfort of the room, the bathroom, the beds, the wifi... exquisite!

This is a modern and very comfortable hotel in the old town of Weimar. It is easy to walk to all the towns attractions from the hotel. The free WiFi worked well and the included breakfast was nice. The staff were very helpful and happily dealt with any special requests.

Absolutely everything, the Pension was spotelessly clean and very tastefully decorated. Each room was slightly different and each room unique, possibly some of the furnishings were even hand made. Well run. Everything worked -- especially -- good (firm) beds, good shower and good fast free Internet connection. Any hotel only has to deliver those 3 things. Just these 3 things make the difference but most hotels can't seem to do the 3 things well. However, this one does.
