Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff; they were very happy to provide dinner at short notice despite the kitchen about to close for the evening. We were very delighted of the accommodation,it was modern and clean and well kitted out with everything you could possibly need, including a bottle of water in the fridge. It is an excellent place if you travel with little kids, very convenient that this is a one-bedroom flat - no need to share one room with the kids, plus there is a little kitchen with all the household supplies. It is spotless clean, comfortable, decorated simply but with taste. Very cosy. The owners are very helpful and caring, ready to cater for all your needs.
