Matthieus and the rest of the staff very friendly, extremely helpful (took me to Dortmund personally). The hotel is in a quiet town, very clean, check in is quick and hasle free.
Visited bars and restaurants very close and everyone is so friendly though most do not speak English, however, this just makes me realise how lazy we are in learning others languages.
Netto and other shops are 1 minute walk.
Dortmund is easy by train or taxi and airport is probably 5 minutes away so a great location.todos opiniões
the location is near to Dortmund airport and very near to holzwickede train station from where you can go anywhere around ' till 50km area cheap prices(5.10E to Dortmund Train station) -20 minutes to Dortmund Hauptbahnhof the center of city,the hotel is sweet and silent and the host's are very friendly and helpfull :).
Everything was good, better than expected actually. The only thing I didn't like was the shared bathroom, which was for 4 rooms on one floor (so for 8 people). This might be a lot when you all wake up at the same time, or need to catch a plane.

It wasn't a very comfortable place. The staff wasn't very good either. It was relatively expensive taking in consideration that the city is small and without any highlights. I only stayed in the area because it was near to the airport and I needed to get my flight very early in the morning. 49 Euro for a single room without breakfast and a staff that let me call her 3 times so she could show up at the pension at the last minute to let me in bc it was already after 8 pm. is too much money in my .
Good localization. Near to an airport and a train station.
I am pretty easy going so nothing. Others may require more than CNN for TV and wireless access in room but I get round this.
The wifi was not that good. Also, the parking is on the public parking places in front of the hotel.
Arrived late (about 21.10), reception not manned so had to wait in the cold (-5 degrees) for 10 minutes having walked from the station.
I hadn't noticed my room had a shared bathroom in the hallway.

Staff not at desk when I arrived, you have to ring the bell and it took a few minutes for them to arrive, only one pillow in room. Would be nice to at least have another in the cupboard just in case.

Too cold in the rooms (september). I always have there taxi service,,,this time they recommended i take the bus... not at all happy....
Kindly speaking the hotel is not tidy. There was bad odor in the room. Not very friendly owner.
