From balcony you can smoke if you wish and each room have seperate balcony. Very clean. Non-smoking rooms only.   We liked the openness of the space (even with 6 people it felt like lots of room), the decor (especially in the master bathroom), the functionality of the kitchen, and the very comfortable exit we had right into the front yard with the lawn chairs and our own patio table. We felt right at home. - We - myself and hubby, my two teenagers and my parents - loved Luna Mia (Apt 3). The location could not be beat. Beautiful surroundings everywhere you look. The apartment was very spacious with stainless steel appliances and granite counter top in kitchen. The bathrooms were luxurious.
