Please inform the property in advance of the estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly. If you expect to arrive outside of reception opening hours you are kindly requested to inform the property in advance. After booking you will receive an email from the property which will specify the instructions for the payment and collecting the keys. Please note that the apartments are located on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors of a 200-year-old building with a stone, circular staircase. There is no elevator, and the apartments are not suitable for guests in wheelchairs. A security deposit is required. The full refund is subject to the state the apartments are left in (damages and any need for cleaning). The deposit is EUR 500 for the Deluxe Apartment and EUR 300 for all others. Please inform Heidelberg Apheartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
