The area is great, it is only 10-15 minutes by foot to the water, you pass nice fields and can make a nice round around the village. There is a sauna in the yard which is great – the AC security switch is above the toilet. The apartment didn't have sheets and towels, so we had to call and wait until this was fixed. There's no cellular reception inside the house, you have to go out on the balcony or better outside the house. The shower cabin is leaking water and there are no floor-clothes or anything to wipe the water. There's is Wi-Fi but the signal is very weak, proper router should be installed.
