  This small hotel is beautifuly located on the edge of Grainau village with stunning views of the mountans. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed a small balcony overlooking the garden. Breakfast was excellent although we were surprised to find several dogs in the breakfast room. They were well behaved though and we soon got used to them.   We had a great view of the mountains from our room and it is very close to the major ski areas. Our room, including the bathroom, was extrememly clean. I had plenty of hot water for a nice shower after skiing. There was a nice fire in the bar/lobby area with comfy couches for relaxing. Our dog enjoyed his stay as well. :) We hope to stay again. - The hostess spoke very good english and was very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, as well as the view and surrounding area. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious and cooked fresh (it was the best food that I had in Germany). There was not a single thing that we did not like about this hotel. It was excellent!

  This was my second time at Hotel Jagerhof and I will be back. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Beds are comfortable with fluffy, down comforters. Wonderful breakfast with fresh fruit, eggs, breads, yogurt, cheese, meat, juice, and great coffee. I had a fantastic view from my balcony. Bathroom is small, but typical for Europe. Very comfortable hotel and attentiv - The hotel was very comfortable and the woman who greeted us and took care of us was incredibly accommodating and friendly. Our balcony view of the mountains was beyond spectacular, and the town of Grainau was quiet, welcoming, and relaxing. It was an amazing place, and we wish we had planned to stay longer.
